How long does it take to deliver an order?

1. In Nigeria between 24 to 72 hours.
2. Outside of Nigeria between 5 to 7 business days.

How do I make changes to my order?

1. If the product has not been delivered, you can contact the Customer Care team and request for a change
2. If you have already taken delivery, modification can be made within 14 working days if product is unused

What is the return policy?

We have a 14-day window from date of purchase. Returns are free as long as the items are in their original condition

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Return it to the store and it will be changed
