Payments and Returns
Our shop supports multiple payment methods depending on your region:
- Paystack Webpay: Available when using Nigerian Naira (NGN) currency and USD.
- Cash On Delivery: Available in some regions. You can pay by cash or by MasterCard/Visa Card directly with courier and payment terminals.
- Bank Transfer: Available everywhere. Use your invoice reference to initiate the transfer. Items will be delivered once funds have cleared on our account.

How do I place an order?
When you choose the products you wish to buy, click “add to cart” to move the item(s) to your shopping cart. You can decide to continue shopping by clicking “view cart” then proceed directly to check out. At checkout, a thank you page with a reference to your order will be displayed. You will receive a mail with a PDF copy of your invoice.
Note: You can download a PDF copy of your invoice directly on the ‘thank you’ page or in the orders menu of your online account.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Go through the contents of your cart to be sure it is all correct. You can change the quantity of a product or remove products individually by clicking on “recalculate”. When you are sure the contents of your cart are all correct, proceed to checkout.
At checkout, you will be asked to provide personal information (Name, Contact, Shipping Address), Re-Check the entered information and click “send” . A store Manager will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your order changes.
What do I have to consider in the order process?
When making an order, make sure you enter the correct contact information and shipping address in your account. If the wrong information is entered, the carrier would not be able to reach you and your order will be canceled.
If correct details are provided, the terms and cost of delivery is calculated automatically by the system depending on your address, weight and the size of your order and the courier company that delivers to your region.
What is important in the receipt of an order?
Ensure your phone is reachable on the day of delivery so the courier can contact you. Upon receipt check for the conformity and completeness of the goods before signing off.
